Festival of Trees - November 18 - 28, 2012

Thank you to all of our supporters for another successful Festival of Trees.  We look forward to creating and displaying trees again next year.

Join us next November to start the holiday season with this time honored tradition.  Enjoy viewing the trees and reading the inspiring stories of Seattle Children's patients. Twenty designer Christmas trees will be on display, and any unsold trees will be  available for sale for $2,500.  

We will open the Festival of Trees with a Celebration on November 18.  Our guests, featured patients, 
friends and family will enjoy entertainment provided by the St. Jude Parish Sanctuary Choir.
Children can listen to Christmas stories.

Three of our our featured patients helped start the 2011 Celebration.  Siblings Ansley and Hardy, lit the Fairmont Olympic's grand lobby tree, and Ben Thompson opened the Teddy Bear Suite for the season.

Numerous holiday items will be available for purchase, including wreaths, small trees, table decorations, and ornaments. Many of these items were designed and crafted by our guild members especially for you. Children will enjoy posing with Santa for a photo.  Thank you to Yuen Lui Photography and Northwest Benefit Auctions.

Festival of Trees raises funds for uncompensated care, supports research toward new treatments and cures for diseases and enables Seattle Children's to provide the highest qualite, family-oriented care.

Celebration Entertainment 

Featured patients and other children got into the Christmas spirit as they danced to to beautiful Christmas music provided by the St Judes Parish Sanctuary Choir.  
Pointsettia Tradition was awarded to the winner of our raffle.

Tree Raffle 

This beautiful designer tree was raffled on Sunday, November 20th
.  Proceeds from the raffle benefit uncompensated care at Seattle Children's Hospital.

Festival of Trees Menu in the Georgian Room
The Fairmont Olympic will offer a Festival of Trees menu from November 20 through December 23 to benefit Seattle Children's Hospital.  Enjoy a delicious three-course meal from this special menu for $59, or a four-course meal for $69, and 10% of the sale will be donated to Seattle Children's.  Children's dinners are $39.
